The 2019 4th of July Parade begins at 11 am at Collins Pine Park and rolls down Main Street Chester to the Meadow. Carnival Madness is the theme for this year. The event happens 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. For more information call the chamber office at 530-258-2426.
